TOPSIDES
The 2557's wide beam provides spaciousness normally found aboard much larger boats. The cockpit features a large L-shaped aft lounge seat, a double wide helm seat and a convenient portside companion seat.
The cockpit is fully enclosed by a camper top.
DOWN BELOW
Enter the cabin through a centerline hatchway. The galley is to port, with extensive drawer storage plus overhead cabinets. Opposite the galley, to port, is the enclosed head compartment, with convenience shower included.
Tucked beneath the helm area is a large mid-cabin, sleeping two easily.
Fully forward, Carver takes advantage of the wide-beam design to incorporate very large v-berth/dinette area. Remove the table and simply convert this to a spacious lounge.
Large cabin sidedeck windows provide plenty of light and a large hatch is overhead with screen and privacy cover, for extra ventilation. A forward bulkhead mirror brightens the cabin, as well.
